Heat Therapy

Hey there! I’m Suzanne—a wife, mom, wellness enthusiast, and lifelong tree hugger. I’m so glad you’re here!

Here, I share stories, discoveries, and lessons from my own winding path through life. Expect a joyful mix of adventuring, birding, butterflying, earthing, forest bathing, friending, hiking, traveling, and waterfalling—with everyday wellness and creative inspiration sprinkled in.

Whatever brought you here, I hope you’ll find something that makes you smile, sparks your curiosity, or inspires you to step outside.
Come wander and wonder with me!
—Suzanne
