Forest Bathing

This will be an easygoing pace amble in the woods with our only goal being to relax and connect with nature. 
 
As your guide, I will invite you to participate in a series of sensory experiences designed to help you be present and tap into the world around you, releasing stress and deepening your relationship with the more-than-human world.

Forest bathing experiences are about two hours long and typically less than a mile. Our goal is not some big workout, but rather a chance to unplug and restore.


Adult Sleepover Camps

Escape the grind and come spend the weekend playing like a kid again!

Reminiscent of Girl Scout Camp, we embrace nature, arts and crafts and community for these “girls only” seasonal retreats.

Grab some friends or make some new ones and leave with a renewed sense of spirit and peace!


Wellness Education Classes

As a wellness professional working in the industry for over twenty years, sharing her knowledge and experience to help people live fuller, healthier lives is a passion project for Suzanne.

From how to sleep better, eat healthier, balance your emotions to creating holiday DIY projects, naturally supporting your pet’s health and discovering the essential oils used in ancient scriptures, each event sheds light on holistic living.

Each third Thursday of the month, free 90-minute wellness classes are offered at the West Milford Public Library and always attracts a friendly community!
Eco Arts Crafting

Join this sweet community of nature enthusiasts for our monthly crafting class sure to warm the heart and bring a smile to your face!

Whether we are making little mushrooms out of acorns caps, painting inspirational stones or creating a woodland-inspired centerpiece, we meet the last Tuesday of each month at Glenwild Garden Center in Bloomingdale, NJ in their greenhouse classroom to ignite our creative juices and bring home something fun!

Classes are typically $10
You must be 16 years old to participate.
