  • No, despite the name "forest bathing," actual bathing in water is not part of the practice. Forest bathing refers to the act of immersing oneself in the forest atmosphere to promote relaxation and well-being. I promise... you stay fully clothed (lol)!
How long does a forest bathing session usually last? 

  • A forest bathing session can last anywhere from 1-3 hours, depending on the program and the group's preferences.
What should I wear to a forest bathing session? 

  • It's best to wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and footwear that allows for easy movement and protection from the elements.
Do I need any special equipment or gear for forest bathing?
