The scientific health benefits include stress reduction, improved sleep, immune boosting and MORE! We will be recreating this healing practice both in an indoor space in the library AND virtually through Zoom.
If you are attending virtually, please have with you:
- 3 tree oils (such as Cedarwood, Cypress, Frankincense, Idaho Black Sprue, Idaho Blue Spruce, Idaho Grand Fir, Pine, and Sandalwood) AND
- 3 elements from nature: flower, leaf, blade of grass, stick, pine cone, moss) OR from your household: seashell from vacation, tap water, houseplant, fruit or vegetable or even nearby wooden furniture
If you are attending at the library, there is no need to bring any oils or nature elements. I will provide them for the class. Please let us know if you will be attending via Zoom or in person.
